Youth Program
The Youth Program consists of a group of dedicated young Real Estate Agents striving to achieve to be the best in the industry. With constant training and discussion on the issues young people incur in the field this is perfect for any young person in real estate industry. This field is for people who are already a little established in the industry and want to strive to bigger and better things.
Traineeships
A Traineeship is a twelve to twenty four month program whereby you learn to become a salesperson, property manager or office administrator on the job. This is a Government based program where you receive ¾ of your full Real Estate licence in the duration of the Traineeship.
The job description for a trainee will vary from office to office, depending on the size and structure of the office.
A Traineeship will include some of the following activities plus many more.
- Sales - Prospecting for clients – door knocking, telemarketing, letterbox dropping, data basing etc
- Knowledge of legislation and best practise
- Conducting open homes either on properties for sales or for rentals
- Assist salespeople or property management with their daily tasks once you have obtained your registration certificate.
- Learn general administration skills e.g. Answering phones on reception, build and maintain a database of clients, learning to process contracts etc, etc
Many of the top performers in our industry have started out as a trainees or a member of the youth programs and have reached the top of their field.
