The Ray White Youth Program
The Youth Program is a Ray White initiative designed to give young people an opportunity to break into the real estate industry.
The cadets are employed by offices in entry level positions and then progress to become qualified sales people, property managers or administrators at the completion of their traineeships.
Throughout the cadets’ traineeship process, they become part of the Ray White Youth Program. This program is a support network that trains and encourages cadets in all facets of their professional development into the real estate industry. All cadets come together on a monthly basis for a training session and the opportunity to network with peers.
The award wages for the traineeships are governed by the Property Sales Award Queensland, Property Management Award Queensland and the Clerical Award of Queensland.

Ray White Centre for Excellence
The Ray White Centre for Excellence is a Registered Training Organisation licensed to deliver the four units of study required under the Property Agents and Motor Dealer’s Act to enable newcomers to the industry to register as a real estate salesperson or property manager in Queensland.
